Dr. D'Souza and all the staff are excellent. The office facilities are excellent and the initial detailed consultation was impressive considering the amount of information they provided. More importantly, you didn't leave feeling overwhelmed with all the information, you left feeling confident you had a dentist that didn't think of you as a number on the client list.
You may notice the lack of video gaming stations (as seems to be trends in other practices) in the waiting area. I can only assume because you never have to wait for your scheduled appointment time. It doesn't matter if my appointment was first thing in the day or mid afternoon, I have never waited. Always on time. This point alone is worth having Dr D'Souza and his staff as my dental care provider. I don't usually write online reviews (for anything), but felt Newcastle Smile was deserving of the acknowledgment for the great job they do. Cheers!

When I was younger I didn't take good care of my teeth and everywhere I went, Dentists would just say I'm a lost cause and berate me for my dental hygiene, and I would be going from Dentist to Dentist every couple of months. These guys are different. They work with you to succeed and are the only Dentist I have stuck with EVER. I believe I've been with them for over 5 years now, and it's just like seeing old friends. I know it sounds cheesy but it's true. I love this team and their positive reinforcement took me from a teenager with poor habits, to an adult with far better habits.

Fabulous family owned dental practice! Very caring and accommodating for busy schedules. Wonderful with my small children, the staff always makes us feel welcome and at home.

Dr. D’Souza and his team are amazing! They make you feel like family and take so much time and care with each patient. Dr. D’Souza takes extra time to explain everything in great detail and gives you honest advice. He’s not out to make money off his patients. My entire family now goes here including family members that drive over 3 hours to his office! Dr. D’Souza and his team are amazing with kids! Everyone in this office is so nice to deal with. From the moment I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile. My cleanings are done with great care and when I need the dentist he makes himself available. This is an amazing team and I’m happy that I chose the Newcastle Smile Centre.
